Design Notes

The function of the mutant should be same as the wild-type, while the efficiency can not be reduced. The mutated site is required to remove the allosteric effect of Phe without affecting the catalytic activity of the enzyme

AroG (Mutant S211F) is derived from a wild-type point mutation. CDS of Wild-type aroG can be gained from genomic sequence of E.coli DH5alpha strain.
